After feeling stuck in life for several years, I came across this 12-week coaching program and decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did. My coach Kanetha was wonderful and helped me set healthy boundaries for myself and others around me which allowed me to grow in several areas of my life including my health, relationships and most importantly my self esteem. I definitely had to put the work in to reach my goals, but Kanetha guided me through figuring out what I really wanted in life and how to get there. In only 3 months, I’ve lost 20 lbs, opened a small business, and have grown tremendously in my communication skills all while having FUN. It was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend to my friends and family!

Kanetha is a wonderful coach! She made me see things in a different light. She made difficult change easier, teaching me how to break down large tasks or goals into achievable steps. She stayed positive and reminded me to do the same often. I was able to make major changes in my life thanks to Kanetha and she gave me a good foundation and some tools to keep working on myself and continue to reach my goals.

Recently the most beneficial coaching Kanetha provided to me is that It's important to prepare for the end at the beginning. (This advice was given when first starting a career). And also that it is never too late to plan and prepare.
